It‚s not everyday that you get married!

This may be the only time in your life you can spoil yourself and get your hair/makeup (or both) done by a professional and not feel guilty. It‚s a time to indulge and let someone else make you look and feel a million dollars!

Having worked with brides for over 8 years now, I understand the importance of making my bridal clients feel calm and relaxed and above all, look and feel radiant on their special day.

Booking a Trial

I recommend the bride should have a trial before the wedding, I recommend at least 6 weeks before the Big Day or sooner if possible. The trial usually takes 3 hours for both hair and makeup but can take longer depending upon the style required, for example, tonging or hair extensions for longer hairstyles takes much more time as can more dramatic makeup. The trial is not essential but the benefits are:

; a chance for us to be acquainted, which helps to make you feel at ease; ; we can chat about your requirements and I can offer suggestions and try out makeup and hairstyle which compliment you and your total look; ;I discuss & take details of your bridal party that may require hair/makeup ;I can ascertain the time required to get your hair and makeup done and into your dress on the day (including putting veil and tiara on, or other adornments); ;I can give you an exact costing (I have attached a price list which is a guide ˆ prices will not be above the prices on the list), based upon the final styling and time taken; ;We can discuss any products you may wish to purchase to keep with you for touch-ups on the Big Day ˆ lipstick & gloss for example are likely to need re-touching when you eat, drink or kiss! I can also give advice on hair accessories to complete your hairstyle if necessary;;I will take a photo of your finished look for my records only, this together with my own notes will ensure nothing is forgotten on the Big Day;Ultimately, you can get a visualisation of what you will look like on your Big Day! Hopefully, you will not be disappointed and come away feeling reassured and with one less thing to worry about!
